Please note: Graduation will be live-streamed, photographed, and recorded. Your attendance at Graduation confirms your willingness to appear in video, photographs, and recordings and releases The University of Arizona from all liability.

Tucson Convention Center

Event parking at the Tucson Convention Center is $10 per vehicle. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. 


Parking is available in the following lots:


  • Parking Lot A garage which is located off Church Ave.
  • Parking in Lot B and Parking Lot C are accessible via Granada.

Please do not park in surrounding neighborhoods.


We encourage attendees to park in the structure located in Lot C due to the proximity to our event venue. All parking is on a first come first serve basis. 

We realize Tucson is hot this time of year! Attendees can bring a sealed clear water bottle into the venue (i.e., Aquafina, Smart Water, etc.). Water and lemonade will be provided inside the venue. 

The Linda Ronstadt Music Hall has a clear bag policy for all guests. Bags are allowed, provided they are clutches no larger than 8 inches by 5 inches or clear bags no larger than 14 inches by 16 inches. Attendees entering any facility in the Tucson Convention Center are subject to a metal detector and search at the discretion of management.

Diaper bags are allowed after being searched and tagged by management.

 

We ask that attendees leave any gift bags intended for a graduate in their car or place of residence.

At the venue, small congratulatory items such as leis and CVM merchandise will be available for purchase from the College of Veterinary Medicine Student Government and will be allowed into the building. All proceeds will go directly to student-related events. 

Certified service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Tucson Convention Center and must remain on a leash or harness. All other animals are prohibited.

Tucson Convention Center and all subsequent venues offer convenient facilities and features for persons with disabilities. Please call 520.791.4101 during business hours or see a Guest Service representative for event assistance.

For our guests with disabilities, we recommend accessible parking in Lot C off Granada between Cushing and Congress if you are attending an event in the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall.

Doors will open to attendees at 4:00 PM, one hour before the ceremony start time. Individuals who arrive early will not be allowed into the building before doors open due to safety and security purposes. 

Entry to the main auditorium will be closed five minutes before our event starts time to prepare for our processional. Please ensure you have found your seat at least ten minutes before the event.
