Join us at the Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine Career Fair! 

Thank you for your interest in representing your organization and recruiting our DVM students at our Third Annual CVM Career Fair. This event promises to be a unique opportunity to connect with talented students and professionals in veterinary medicine.

  • Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM 
  • Location: El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort (Tucson, AZ)

Career Fair Registration Details


Early Bird Registration: Ends May 19

  • $400: Corporate
  • $250: Private/Non-Profit/Government

Regular Registration: Starts May 20

  • $450: Corporate
  • $300: Private/Non-Profit/Government

*Fees include registration for two representatives. Additional attendees are $125 per person. The maximum capacity is four representatives per table. 

Registration Fees Include:

  • Attendance for two representatives (additional attendees are $125 per person)
  • One 6x30 rectangular table
  • One chair per attendee
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Optional Oro Valley Campus Tour (more details will be available during registration)

Registration Deadline

Registration for the CVM Career Fair is open until Friday, June 21, or until all available spaces are filled. We encourage recruiters and employers to take advantage of the opportunity to recruit exceptional talent and sign up today!

Cancellations made before June 28th will incur a $50 cancellation fee. After June 28th, registration is non-refundable.

Registration fees do not qualify as a tax-deductible donation.

Our newly established veterinary college has over 300 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students excelling in our full-time, rigorous, three-year program. This event will allow you to promote your organization and network with our highly motivated and professional student body.
