The Office of Student Affairs offers an excellent opportunity for Corporate Practice, Private Practice, Government, Pet Food Companies, Non-Profits, and many more to interact with our future graduates. Our newly established veterinary college has over 200 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students excelling in our full-time, rigorous, three-year program. This event will allow you to promote your organization and network with our highly motivated and professional student body.

Join us for the second annual University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine Career Fair to promote your organization and network with our highly motivated and professional student body.

Thank you for your interest in representing your organization and recruiting our CVM students at our 2023 CVM Annual Career Fair.

Date: Thursday, July 13th, 2023
Time: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Location: Oro Valley, Arizona

  • Registration Fees:
    • Corporate Regular: $350
    • Private/Non-Profit/Government: $200
    • Additional Representatives: $100 each*
  • Registration Fee Covers:
    • One 6' table with (2) organization representatives
    • Red or blue linen
    • Folding chair per representative
    • Lunch and AM & PM refreshments
    • Campus Agricultural Center (CAC) tour (optional)**
    • Oro Valley Campus tour (optional)**

*Registration fee covers up to (2) organization representatives per table. Additional representatives will add a $100 fee per person, up to (4) organization representatives in total. 

**Campus tours are optional with additional information provided during the registration process. 

  • Final deadline to register is Thursday, June 1st, 2023 or when fair capacity is reached.
  • Cancellations prior to Friday, June 16th have a $50 fee. Non-refundable after June 16. 
  • Registration fees do not qualify as a tax-deductible donation.

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the 2023 CVM Annual Career Fair. Whether or not your organization plans to host a table at the event, these additional contributions allow you to promote your organization while helping to make this year's Career Fair a huge success!

  • GOLD: $1,000
    • Prime exhibitor space! Company logo recognition on all event materials and emails. Signage at check-in table, tv screen spotlights, and website. Logo emblem on nametags.
  • SILVER: $750
    • Company logo recognition on all event materials and emails. Signage at check-in table, tv screen spotlights, and website.
  • BRONZE: $500
    • Company logo recognition on printed materials (program, schedule, and student preparation materials).

Additional Contribution Options: 

  • Morning Refreshments: $500
    • Company logo recognition on refreshment tables and TV screen in breakroom. 
  • Lunch: $750
    • Company logo recognition on lunch tables and TV screen in lunchroom. 
  • Afternoon Refreshments: $500
    • Company logo recognition on refreshment tables and TV screen in breakroom.

Tips on preparing for the 2023 CVM Annual Career Fair:

  1. Update your resume.
  2. Review, research, and explore the list of companies attending the Career Fair.
  3. Generate a list of questions specific to companies and positions of interest.
  4. Create your elevator pitch for when you are introducing yourself to companies.  
  5. Schedule a time to meet with CVM Career Advisor, Anais Garcia, to help fine tune your resume and pitch prior to the fair. 
  6. Dress to impress!
