Accelerated Program

Our three-year, nine-semester, continuous veterinary medicine program is designed to offer a high-quality education without yearslong financial debt — while also producing in-demand veterinarians ready to contribute to the well-being of animals and humans.

Experiential Learning

Our program extends beyond the traditional lecture-and-test model of education. Student-centered, team-based, experiential learning trains students for work in clinical settings, giving them professional and adaptable problem-solving skills to be real-world ready.

Clinical Year

From August to August, the flexible work-based model consists of core rotations and electives throughout our extensive clinical network that offer real-world learning to strengthen case management and core competency skills in desired focus areas.

Hands-On Experience

Here, the traditional classroom can transform into a wildlife sanctuary, an exotic animal hospital, or even a specialized research lab. Evidence-based learning takes the place of traditional lectures, and students work together during hands-on activities inside and outside the classroom.

Tucked into the beautiful Santa Catalina Foothills, our Oro Valley campus serves as the primary facility during the program's first two years. Our clinical affiliate network provides further clinical, surgical and professional veterinary skills training.
