Join us at our Annual CVM Career Fair to represent your organization and recruit our DVM students. This event promises to be a unique opportunity to connect with talented students and professionals in the field of veterinary medicine.

Registration Fees
- $500 – Corporate Organization
- $350 – Private Practice
- $200 – Non-Profit & Government Organization
- $125 – Additional Representative*
What Does Your Registration Fee Cover?
- Event access
- Attendance for two (2) organization representatives*
- Booth space with one 6x30 rectangular table
- Black table linen
- One chair per representative
- Lunch and refreshments
- 11” x 8.5” Sign Holder
- Oro Valley Campus Tour (optional)**
Registration fees do not qualify as a tax-deductible donation.
*Registration includes up to two organization representatives per table. Additional representatives are a $125 fee per person. No more than four organization representatives per table.
**The Oro Valley Campus Tour is optional. Additional information is available on the event website.
Registration will remain open until Friday, June 20, or until all available spaces are filled. We encourage interested recruiters and employers to register early to secure their spot at this highly anticipated event.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before Friday, June 27, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. After June 27, registration is non-refundable.
