About Me

I was born in Tucson and I have known I wanted to work with animals all my life.  After graduating high school I began working in the veterinary field and attending college. I am a UofA graduate and have been working in the veterinary field for over 20 years as a CVT.  I have had the opportunity to work in many different areas of medicine from private practice, specialty, holistic, shelter and even management.  I love working with animals and am excited to help others excel in the field.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love to be outdoors, I enjoy hiking, swimming, yoga and hanging out with my dog.

What excites you about this position?

I’m excited to share my experiences and knowledge with the students and to help create a unique learning environment to optimize the students’ success.
